We hope you adore every Kristina Poliakova piece you receive, but we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. Our Returns Policy is designed to be simple, fair, and as accommodating as possible, reflecting our confidence in our products and our commitment to your satisfaction.
- Eligibility Window: If you need to make a return, please initiate it within 30 days of receiving your order. This window allows you ample time to try on your dress at home and decide if it’s perfect for you.
- Condition of Items: We can only accept returned items that are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and labels attached. Please take care when trying on garments – avoid makeup transfer or perfume scents – so the piece remains in pristine condition. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged (beyond trying on) unfortunately cannot be refunded.
- Return Process: To start a return, simply contact our customer care at returns@KristinaPoliakova.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the process. For customers in the US, we offer a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience – returning an item is as easy as applying the label and dropping the package off at the nearest shipping location. For international returns, we’ll work with you to find a convenient solution; while we may not cover return shipping costs for international orders, we will assist you every step of the way to ensure a smooth return.
- Refunds & Processing: Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the above conditions, we’ll process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be issued to your original form of payment. (Depending on your bank or credit card, it might take a few extra days for the credit to appear on your statement.) If you prefer, we can also offer your refund as store credit plus a small bonus (as a thank you for giving us another chance to delight you next time). Exchanges for a different size or another item are also welcome – just let us know your needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
- Exceptions: For hygiene and safety, certain items (if we ever offer accessories like earrings or bodysuits) might be marked as final sale and non-returnable – but rest assured, all dresses are returnable under our policy because we want you to find the right fit. Also, any item marked “Final Sale” or discounted as a clearance item may not be eligible for return, which will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: Above all, we stand by the quality of our creations. If you ever receive an item that is defective or not as described, please reach out immediately. We will make it right by offering a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
